Leslie Gold is a London-based comedian, originally from New Jersey, who's performed at the Comedy Store and the Hackney Empire, two of London's most prestigious comedy venues - as well as garnering glowing reviews for two standup hours at the Edinburgh Fringe. She gigs throughout the UK and internationally, and has reached the finals and semi-finals of many prestigious competitions - always the bridesmaid - including So You Think You're Funny, Funny Women, and the Leicester Square Not So New Comedian of the Year.

Leslie is the creator and host of the hit panel show, 101 Rules for a Better World (by Comedians) - look for the podcast launching in early 2026 - and the resident MC of annual charity gig Laughter to the Rafters with Dara Ó Briain, as well as MCing London's friendliest comedy night, Sofa SoFunny.

Her astute observational comedy and compelling storytelling have drawn comparisons to two of her comedy heroes, George Carlin and Hannah Gadsby, and audiences love her cool-auntie vibe and well-crafted, intelligent jokes (and her dick jokes too).

"Leslie's clearly got experienced and savvy comedy chops" (Edinburgh Reviews), which she uses to take command of stages across the country with relatable material, which "breaks new feminist ground" (Kate Copstick, The Scotsman), armed with a New Jersey accent which is as compelling as her stage presence.
